Allium Counseling, a private practice in Illinois, is building its clinical team and looking for psychotherapists to join the practice. We are a small psychotherapy practice looking to grow into a slightly larger— yet still small— group practice. We believe in building a team of experienced clinicians who are thoughtful in their work with clients and in their interactions with colleagues. We are not a training ground for new therapists, but we believe in lifelong professional learning through regular case
