Allium Counseling offers personalized counseling and psychotherapy services to a variety of clients seeking help with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, identity development, self-esteem, burnout, perfectionism and relationship difficulties.

We are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, and with your consent, includes coordinating care with your other healthcare providers so that nothing falls through the cracks. We are also able to help you build a multidisciplinary treatment team with specialists relevant to your needs.

Allium Counseling therapists are specially trained in treating eating disorders. We treat clients of all ages and offer services specifically tailored to this issue, including group therapy and Family Based Treatment (FBT), which is considered the most evidence-based treatment for adolescents with eating disorders.
