Through music, movement and breath, we’ll turn to the Muse as a guide to open the channel of inspiration so that our own creative expression can move through us.

Surrounded by candlelight, this class includes a 75 minute vinyasa flow with time for deep relaxation, followed by a 15 minute guided meditation with oracle cards to help you reconnect with your own intuition and the inspiration that lives within you.
