The New Trier High School Transition Center is the main site of New Trier Transition Services. We are committed to providing a community-based, functional, real-world curriculum in the area of life skills and vocational education. Our community-based Transition Center allows
for individualized schedules to prepare young adults for post-secondary education, vocational training, meaningful employment, and independent living, ensuring they are equipped to pursue their transition goals and contribute to their communities.
