For over 10 years, Westover has been providing strategy consulting services to for-profit and not-for-profit small and medium-sized organizations. Organizations of that size sometimes lack the resources and expertise to develop an effective strategic path forward. Our strategy services are customized to client needs and resources and cover a range of levels, from one-page, three-year strategy maps, to full-fledged, deep dive strategic plans, and board performance enhancement. In addition to strategy development, the services frequently include offsite meetings that we facilitate, as well as consulting on strategy communication and execution.
