About Us
The North Shore's first sustainable, whole animal butcher shop sourcing their products from family-run farms in the Midwest raising forage-fed animals. Hofherr Meat Co. will always and without compromise secure a guarantee from our suppliers that no hormones, steroids, or antibiotics be used in the raising of the animals.
The shop provides a standard inventory of dry-aged steaks, chops, poultry, and game, specialty charcuterie items such as sausages, bacon, pâtés, and other cured offerings. As well as traditional deli counter services, select dry goods products, specialty dairy items, ready-to-heat meals, and a rotating daily a menu of soups and sandwiches.
