This timely presentation coincides with the beginning of the spring real estate season – when many houses will be offered for sale. If you’re putting your house on the market, you need to know how to make your house stand out from the competition. (And if you’re not selling, you can still learn a lot about how to make your house an edited space where you can relax and enjoy!)
Linda has helped many sellers bring organization to their homes when the decision has been made to sell. So based on this long experience and also on detailed input from many realtors, she developed this popular lecture. Learn about the effects of “clutter” in the sales process. You’ll also be interested to know how to organize tour space so a buyer will love it.
