One Winnetka
On Wednesday, June 27, 2018, the Winnetka Plan Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Design Review Board are scheduled to hold a joint public hearing regarding an amended final planned development application for the One Winnetka mixed use development proposed for the southeast corner of Elm Street and Lincoln Avenue. The public is invited to attend the public hearing which will start at 7:00 p.m. and will be held in the North Shore Country Day School Auditorium located at 310 Green Bay Road.
