New Trier Township Educational Forum - Innovations in Mental Health -- Increasing Access and Quality
Demand for psychiatric services in Illinois is on the rise, while funding for services has steadily declined over the past decade. The Josselyn Center, a New Trier Township grantee that serves over 1,300 people annually, is innovating to ensure increased access to high-quality care for at-risk individuals.
A panel of mental health experts will share their innovative approach to offering affordable, comprehensive care through a walk-in clinic and tele-psychiatry practice. Discover pioneering techniques that minimize patient wait times and offer quality outcomes for child and adult psychiatry patients.
Featured Josselyn Center panelists are Susan Resko, President, Hossam Mahmoud, M.D. Medical Director of Regroup and President, Illinois Psychiatric Society and Michael Scholl, LCSW, Director of Clinical Services.
