More about Kenna, the evening's instructior:
 

Kenna has deep roots in the North Shore.  She grew up in Glenview and attended North Shore Country Day School.  Her grandparents still live in Winnetka, as do several other relatives.

Kenna has built a successful career in fitness over the last 7 years and was featured as the #1 up-and-coming trainer in Chicago in 2017.  She is a Nike Trainer and specializes in Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Yoga Classes.

Along with her NASM Personal Trainer Certification, Kenna holds specialties in Nutrition, Performance Enhancement, and Senior Fitness.  She also holds a 200 Hour Yoga Certification through Yoga Alliance.

When she’s not training, Kenna stays busy with her professional dance career.  She is a company member with Inaside Chicago Dance.
