WNGCC invites you to join us in class beginning at 11:30 am at 688 Vernon Avenue, Glencoe. Arrive between 11-11:15 am to register and prepare for a mindfulness experience.
This is not a flow class and there are no standing poses, but we do work through some slow dynamic movement in addition to static stretch. Option to use bolsters, blocks or towels to assist in accessing poses. Modification suggestions offered. All levels can benefit from this essential deep and relaxing stretch it all out class!
