This series is a gentle approach to healing the body, mind & spirit.  Through four weekly sessions, you will use gentle yoga poses, meditation and breath work to help release and relieve some of the stress caused by living with grief. No yoga experience necessary.

 

This 4 Week Series will meet Tuesday September 15, 22, 29 & October 6 6:30-8:00PM
