Afterward, you'll be guided into a deep Grateful Dead-themed Yoga Nidra meditation, where you’ll be invited to plant a sankalpa, a heartfelt intention aligned with your soul's truth. The breathwork paves the way by softening the mind and opening the heart, allowing your intention to arise naturally and with meaning.
