Dunton Ave in Arlington Heights) as we host New York Times best-selling author Dylan Thuras, co-author of Gastro Obscura: A Food Adventurer's Guide on Monday, September 26 at 7:00 pm. In their new book, the curious minds behind Atlas Obscura now turn to the hidden curiosities of food, which becomes a gateway to fascinating stories about human history, science, art, and tradition, all organized by country, lavishly illustrated, and full of surprises.
