Asking Powerful Questions: The Key to Inspired Action
What one skill can create loyalty, make people feel good, and get you the information you need? Asking questions. Come learn the most powerful questions you can ask to create the emotional attachment you want in your customers and employees. Learn the difference between closed and open-ended questions, and how and when to use each. Our speaker, Paula McLeod, Executive Coach and Winnetka resident for the past 22 years, will share secrets it takes years of training to learn, including seven magic questions to unlock inspired actions.
Paula McLeod, Executive Coach, believes we spend too much time at work to be unhappy and unfulfilled. After working in 8 industries across multiple countries over a 30 year career, Paula decided to make it her mission to help people be more satisfied at work. Her specialty is working with people who have recently started in a new role so that they find their feet fast, overcoming the unanticipated obstacles that might get in their way. Another is developing women leaders. In addition to being a certified professional coach, Paula is an avid sailor and recently produced a short film, the comedy, A Nantucket Wedding, with her husband. She can be reached at Paula@SuccessbyDesignCoaching.com
