From 1978 to 1985\, he served as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Labor\, enforcing statutes such as FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act)\, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) and ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act). In 1985\, he went into private practice with Ariel Weisberg. Then in 1987\, he founded his own law practice\, Kenneth A. Henry Law.\n\nToday\, Ken represents employers as well as employees in employment and labor relations law and also practices real estate law\, state and federal litigation\, and general corporate and commercial law for small and mid-sized businesses. He is also highly experienced in the arbitration/mediation field\, as both an advocate and an arbitrator or mediator.
