DESCRIPTION:This is the inner release your body has been craving! Immerse yourself in a heart opening exploration of gentle\, restorative movements set to musical vibrations. This guided restorative yoga experience features live acoustic guitar along with chakra balancing sound bowls and a guided meditation.\n\nAs Areta guides you through a chakra opening journey of restorative poses with crystal bowls\, guitarist Dave Hiltebrand creates a continual atmospheric soundscape of original music synched to the energy of the room. This 90 minute restorative multi-sensory practice will open the mind and body enabling you to down regulate your nervous system\, find stillness\, release fascia and allow for a deep recovery. In a restorative practice you will have the opportunity to settle into passive poses with longer holds and slow stretches aided by props such as bolsters\, blocks\, blankets and straps. A guided meditation will conclude your reset of the mind and body experience.\n\nAreta\, and Dave have been co-creating yoga/musical experiences together for a number of years. Both are passionate about their disciplines\, and are super excited to bring you this collaborative immersive experience to Reach Yoga.\n\nNo yoga experience required.
