DESCRIPTION:New Trier Township Assessor JoAnn Shrier Gordon and Cook County Commissioner Larry Suffredin are co-sponsoring an informational property tax appeal program for New Trier Township residents on Tuesday\, September 17th at 6:30 p.m. at the Wilmette Park District Recreation Center\, 3000 Skokie Boulevard\, Wilmette.\n\n\n\nAssessor Gordon and Cook County Board of Review Commissioner Dan Patlak will also hold a second outreach seminar in the Township office at 739 Elm Street in Winnetka the following night\, September 18th\, at 6:30 p.m.\n\n\n\nThe Cook County Board of Review is accepting appeals from New Trier Township until September 30th. Even if you have already appealed at the Cook County Assessor\, you have the right to appeal again at the Board of Review.\n\n\n\n2013 is a triennial reassessment year so reductions in assessed value received this year will hold for three years. Forms and assistance with appeals are available at the Township Assessor's Office\, 847-446-8200.
