The SBAC also focuses on neighborhood revitalization and fostering economic development in communities throughout Illinois. Elliot received his law degree from the University of Dayton and received the University of Dayton School of Law Pro Bono Publico Service Award. Elliot graduated from Bradley University with a degree in sociology and criminal justice and a minor in history.\n\n\n\nElliot will be discussing the issues that impact small businesses in Winnetka\, Northfield\, Glencoe\, Wilmette\, and Kenilworth\, as well as the broader Illinois small business community. He will discuss the SBAC's recent efforts to enhance the small business climate in Illinois through advocacy initiatives and how small business owners can become engaged in the legislative process.
