A Book Release Party with ArLynn Leiber Presser at The Book Stall!

Join us at The Book Stall on Sunday, October 30 at 3:00 pm as we celebrate a new book from longtime Book Stall friend ArLynn Leiber Presser!  ArLynn will discuss and sign copies of her new illustrated novel, This One Last Palmer's Kiss, and refreshments will be served. This program is free and open to the public.
 
About the Book: Sean Cusack loves and hates Winnetka, his home town on Chicago’s North Shore.  He walks his beat as a police officer with a mixture of pride and cynicism. But for his thirty-year career he reserves his purest devotion for Evelyn--with just one touch she took his heart and he swore his devotion and protection. But he discovers she has betrayed him because of dark and dangerous forces in this seemingly perfect village. He will be asked to do the unimaginable violence as he gives her one last palmer’s kiss. 
 
About the Author:  ArLynn Leiber Presser is a Winnetka resident and author of over 35 books of fiction and nonfiction. She has won many awards, including RWA Romance of the Year, Romantic Times Writer of the Year, and an Illinois Arts Council Award for best essay. She has also written and directed a variety of plays. She met Filipino publisher and graphic books artist M.A. Del Rosario, the illustrator of the book, through her grandfather Fritz Leiber, a prolific science fiction and fantasy writer.
